The only thing I didn't like about it was that it got a bit explanation happy. Overall, it is a very good and well thought-out game. Throughout the game, you meet two others of the 'Lord' class, named Eliwood and Hector who happen to have a story all of their own after you're finished with Lyn. YOU are found unconscious in the plains of Sacae by a girl named Lyn and you help her return to Caelin because she wants to see her dying grandfather who happens to be the marquis (king) of Caelin. You start ('you' as in there is a character who actually represents you, the player) as a traveler who is a strategist by trade. The game has well thought out mechanics and a very in-depth plot with many twists. Throughout the chapters, you meet new allies and level up your units as you progress through the game.
